Artwork pages

A published Artwork gets a focused page for viewing, sharing, discussion, and optional editable Project access.

Open an Artwork page

After publishing, use View artwork to open the page or Copy link to share it. A public Artwork may appear in public discovery. A private Artwork is unlisted and can be viewed by anyone who has its link.

Inspect the pixels

  • Use the wheel or trackpad to zoom around the pointer.
  • Drag to pan after zooming in.
  • Pinch with two pointers on supported devices.
  • Double-click to switch between 100% and 200%.
  • Use the on-screen zoom out, reset, and zoom in controls.

When the viewer has keyboard focus, press + or = to zoom in, - to zoom out, 0 to reset, and the Arrow keys to pan. Zoom ranges from 100% to 1600%.

Share and open Projects

Choose Copy link to copy the canonical Artwork page URL. The page can show its title, view count, creator, and Markdown description, depending on the publisher's settings.

If the publisher included an editable .8bit snapshot and it has passed source review, Open in editor creates a new local Project. It does not expose the publisher's Cloud history or change your current Project without following the normal save protection.

Owner actions

The Artwork owner can edit the title, description, visibility, private expiry, comments, and view-count setting, or delete the Artwork. The published render and attached Project cannot be replaced.

Signed-in visitors can Like an Artwork once, and choose Like again to remove it. Like totals are not shown. Anyone can use the visible Report action for content that breaks the rules or puts someone at risk.

Deleting published Artwork cannot be undone. Keep the original editable .8bit Project if you may want to change or publish it again.
